OEM MRGQ-63 Series Self-Resetting Over and Under Voltage Protector Manufacturer, Company

The MRQG-63 Series Self-Resetting Over and Under Voltage Protector is a new-generation household protection device developed based on market demands. It uses electronic circuits and modular standards for reliable performance. When the mains voltage exceeds the preset range, the protector quickly cuts off the circuit to ensure appliance safety. Once voltage normalizes, it automatically reconnects the power supply without manual operation. The bicolor LED indicates status: green for normal, red for protection active. With compact structure and elegant appearance, this series is compatible with C65 and DZ47 (C45) rail mounting systems.

Item Description
1 Manufacturer Code
2 Smart Auto-resetting Over/Under Voltage Protector
3 Frame Size Rated Current
4 Number of Poles: 1P+N
5 Rated Operational Current

Product Features

1. Undervoltage Protection: When the voltage falls below the set undervoltage protection value, the protector automatically disconnects the circuit. When the voltage rises above the set undervoltage recovery value, the protector automatically reconnects.
2. Overvoltage Protection: When the voltage exceeds the set overvoltage protection value, the protector automatically disconnects the circuit. When the voltage falls below the set overvoltage recovery value, the protector automatically reconnects.
3. Normal Operating Range: When the working voltage is between the undervoltage recovery value (Uvo) and overvoltage recovery value (Uoe), the protector remains in automatic connection state.
4. Modular Design: Features modular design with 35mm standard rail mounting for easy installation.
5. Anti-Misoperation: When transient or temporary overvoltage occurs on the line, the protector will not generate misoperation.
6. Self-Protection: When the line fault voltage reaches its maximum, the protector itself will not be damaged.
7. High Withstand Voltage: Withstand voltage of 4KV, complying with Class III electrical safety standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the automatic resetting feature function?
When unstable voltage triggers protection, the unit disconnects. Once voltage returns within the rated recovery values (190V for undervoltage or 250V for overvoltage), it will automatically reconnect after an 8–10 second delay.
What mounting standard is compatible with this protector?
It features a standard modular design engineered specifically for 35mm DIN rail mounting, allowing for easy installation inside standard distribution boxes.
How fast does the unit respond to voltage abnormalities?
The switch-off delay time is between 2 to 3 seconds following abnormal voltage detection, preventing both equipment damage and false trips from short transients.
What is the maximum cable size supported by the terminals?
The protector features a wiring capacity that accommodates conductors and busbars up to 25 mm².
What are the available rated operational currents for this series?
The series offers various current rating configurations to support diverse load requirements: 6A, 10A, 16A, 20A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 50A, 63A, and 80A.
