Product Features

Equipped with on-load tap-changing, it meets user voltage requirements, improves power supply quality, and saves energy.

The core is made of high-quality high-permeability silicon steel sheets with fully mitered step-lap joints, which reduces the core's no-load loss and no-load current.

The high-voltage winding adopts a continuous type, and the low-voltage winding is either continuous or spiral. The ampere-turn distribution is balanced, and the mechanical strength is high. A new insulation structure is applied to the transformer body, enhancing the short-circuit withstand capability.

The oil tank is of barrel or bell-jar type, with corrugated walls for an aesthetic and compact appearance as well as high mechanical strength. Precision-machined flanges are used for key connections to prevent leakage.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the primary advantage of on-load tap-changing (OLTC)?

On-load tap-changing allows the transformer to adjust voltage ratios dynamically while maintaining a continuous power supply under load conditions. This stabilizes output voltage, optimizes power quality, and contributes to energy savings.

What is the difference between SZ11 and SFZ11 models?

The 'SZ11' model utilizes natural oil cooling (ONAN), whereas the 'SFZ11' designation denotes the addition of forced air cooling (ONAF), typically implemented on capacities of 8000kVA and above to increase heat dissipation capability.

How does the core construction reduce energy loss?

The magnetic core is constructed from high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel laminations with fully mitered step-lap joints. This advanced configuration significantly minimizes magnetic reluctance, which reduces no-load loss and no-load current.

How does the transformer prevent oil leakage over time?

The transformer tank is built with high structural rigidity using precision-machined connection flanges, premium-grade sealing gaskets, and either barrel or bell-jar corrugated tank structures designed to withstand internal pressure and prevent fluid seepage.

Are customized voltage combinations or larger capacities available?

Yes. Custom voltage combinations, non-standard connection configurations, and larger power ratings exceeding 20000kVA can be engineered to fulfill specific regional or industrial operating parameters upon consultation.
