YB□ series prefabricated substations are independently designed by our company for urban power grids. They integrate medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage equipment, suitable for 12kV, 50Hz three-phase AC systems with capacity ≤2500kVA. Widely used in residential areas, commercial buildings, construction sites, high-rises, industrial plants, and temporary sites, they support looped network and radial terminal power supply. Featuring compact structure, high integration, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and attractive appearance, they also offer small size, low footprint, minimal on-site work, short commissioning time, and mobility with load centers.

Product Features

The enclosure is designed with reference to advanced foreign technologies and adjusted to actual conditions, featuring robustness, heat insulation and ventilation, good performance, dust prevention, small animal prevention, moisture resistance, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance. Enclosure materials include aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, non-metallic materials (glass fiber reinforced cement), etc.

The high-voltage side generally adopts load switches, or vacuum circuit breakers with complete anti-misoperation functions. Optional equipment includes XGN20-12L SF6 ring main units, HXGN15A, HXGN17 and other ring network switchgears. Transformers can be oil-immersed, fully sealed or dry-type. The substation has perfect protection performance, convenient operation, optional high and low voltage metering, and can be equipped with automatic reactive power compensation devices as required.

The box top cover is a double-layer structure filled with foam plastic for excellent heat insulation. The high and low voltage rooms have independent top plates, and the transformer room is equipped with anti-condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring, heating and cooling devices.

The box adopts natural ventilation, and forced ventilation equipment can be added. Dust-proof devices are installed on the outer side of door panels and side plates corresponding to the louver positions.
